Directory
The DIRECTORY Command displays the Envoy 100 organizational position,
usercode, user name and the postal address of the user(s) identified by the
Command.
DIRECTORY usercode Command? DIRECTORY *ABC1234
Displays the user name, organization hierarchy
and surname/first name.
DIRECTORY user name Command? DIRECTORY D.CAMPBELL
Displays the user's unique user code,
organization hierarchy and surname/personal
name.
DIRECTORY 'personal name' Command? DIRECTORY 'AB (BARRY) ROGERS'
Displays the user's unique user code,
organization hierarchy and surname/personal
name.
DIRECTORY 'surname' Command? DIRECTORY 'ROGERS'
Displays the directory information for all users
who have their exact surname contained in
a specific 'string'
Command? DIRECTORY 'ROGERS'!
Displays the directory information for all users
who have their exact surname or part of their
surname contained in the specific 'string'.
DIRECTORY [entity description] (DETAIL)
POSTAL.ADDRESS is a profile entry for Envoy 100
entities and can be reviewed (if it exists)
by entering DIR [entity description] (DETAIL)
at the Command? prompt.
Users, Admins, User Lists, Bulletin Boards, Autodelivery Stations, and
Envoy scripts are all attached to hierarchical nodes within your
organization; nodes are attached to other nodes to form a tree-like
structure, (Your fully qualified user name shows the nodes to which you
belong). You can also use DIRECTORY service to obtain lists of information
on various entities registered within Envoy 100.
